Sorino Accident Protection

Our goal is for every Sorino car seat to perform safely and reliably — even in exceptional situations. That’s why we introduced the Accident Protection program — for your peace of mind and confidence.

How the program works:

• Register your purchased Sorino car seat (Aurora, Ceres) on our website within 14 days from the date of purchase, using the registration form available below.
• The protection applies to the first buyer listed as the owner in the registration form.
• The protection is valid for 6 years from the date of purchase.
• The program covers Sorino products involved in a road incident — whether you are at fault or the injured party.
• The product must not be subject to an insurance compensation claim.
• We reserve the right to replace the product with another model from the same category.

How to report a replacement:

Send the completed claim form to: info@hooka.pl
Attach a copy of the proof of purchase and a description of the incident involving the Sorino product.

Important:

Along with the claim form, please provide:

• proof of purchase with a visible place and date of purchase
• a copy of the police report from the scene of the incident
• a copy of the claim/incident report submitted to the insurer
• a photo of the vehicle at the accident scene showing the car seats being reported for replacement, along with the vehicle’s license plate numbers
• a photo of the car seat in the vehicle involved in the accident, with visible serial numbers

Claims can only be submitted for products purchased through the distribution network of Hooka Sp. z o.o.

Terms and Conditions:

The organizer is the manufacturer of Sorino products, Hooka Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Słupno, ul. Żeromskiego 72D, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000611453, NIP 536-192-2924, REGON 36415592400000.
