Guarantee
Hooka Sp. z o.o., based in Słupno, ul. Żeromskiego 72D, 05-250 Słupno (hereinafter referred to as the "Guarantor"), as the manufacturer of Sorino brand products (hereinafter: the "Product"), provides a warranty for the Product covered by this warranty card, assuring its high quality and proper operation.
The warranty period is 24 months and covers all Products. It is calculated from the purchase date stated on the proof of purchase.
Defects discovered during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within 14 business days from the delivery of the defective Product to the service center. If it is necessary to order parts from abroad, this period may be extended to 30 days, of which the purchaser will be informed (in writing, by email, or by telephone).
Scope of free repairs:
a) Under the warranty: free repair of the Product or – if repair is impossible or impractical – replacement with a new unit free from defects. If production of the given model has ended, the Guarantor will provide a product of equivalent quality and functionality.
It is recommended that, before first use, the purchaser read the manual, check the Product, and ensure it is properly installed. These actions, along with regular maintenance, are not covered by the warranty.
Hooka Sp. z o.o. is not liable for consequences resulting from failure to follow the installation and usage instructions of the Product.
A proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim to be accepted. Repairs carried out outside an authorized service center will void the warranty.
This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the purchaser’s rights arising from statutory warranty regulations.
The warranty becomes void in the event of:

repairs or modifications made without written consent from Hooka Sp. z o.o.,

damage resulting from accidents or collisions, negligence, or improper use/maintenance inconsistent with the manual,

removal or damage to the serial number,
-
damage resulting from normal wear and tear (including handles, upholstery, tears, discoloration from sunlight),
-
improper installation or use of incompatible parts,
-
accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage,
-
mechanical damage or damage caused by chemicals,
-
repairs performed by unauthorized persons or improper disassembly,
-
damage occurring during transport (e.g., air travel) – in such cases, damage should be reported immediately to the carrier,
-
dissatisfaction with the product due to characteristics such as color, design, fit, or weight.
